MARIA PLASKEEVA
Milk, not soup (I don’t have time, but)

Maria Plaskeeva is a multidisciplinary artist exploring themes of identity and women’s roles through sculpture and ceramics. Her work examines the shifting boundaries of femininity, motherhood, and personal transformation, often blurring the line between body and landscape.

In her exhibition, Maria reimagines the visual language of contemporary activism and transforms protest into a symbolic act of emotional release. As a recent mother, she draws a parallel between acts of rebellion and the often invisible struggles of caregiving and emotional labor. By bridging these two concepts, the project raises questions about who gets to protest, which forms of protest are considered valid, and how emotions can be transformed into art.
Visitors are invited to participate, turning personal emotions into a collective experience.
